By accessing or using Framework First Academy (the "Service"), operated by InsightsForgeLabs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials confidential. You agree not to use another person's account, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, provide false information, or share your credentials.

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post obscene, offensive, or illegal content; attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; upload malware; scrape or crawl the Service without permission; reverse-engineer the Service; use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes; impersonate any person or entity; circumvent access controls; or violate applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

All course content, frameworks, text, images, and code provided through the Service are the intellectual property of InsightsForgeLabs or its licensors. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials, in whole or in part.

Prices are listed at checkout in USD or INR. One-time course purchases grant lifetime access to that course. All-Access Annual is a yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Certificates of completion verify that the named account completed the named course on this platform. Certificates carry a unique verification code. They attest to course completion and do not constitute accredited academic credit or professional licensure.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Course content teaches frameworks and judgment; outcomes in your work depend on your context and application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
