Scrum in Practice — Sprints That Actually Work
Every ceremony, role, and artifact — through real sprint simulations
Scrum is the world's most used Agile framework — and the most misunderstood. This course teaches every Scrum event, role, and artifact through real sprint simulations. You will understand WHY each ceremony exists and what happens when you skip them.
Framework: Scrum (Roles + Events + Artifacts + Commitments)
Scrum's framework consists of three roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers), five events (Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective), three artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment), and three commitments (Product Goal, Sprint Goal, Definition of Done).
Capstone Project: Sprint Simulation
Run a complete Sprint simulation for a provided product backlog. Write a Sprint Goal, select and plan backlog items, conduct a virtual Daily Scrum, and facilitate a Retrospective — identifying what went wrong and what to improve.
